Return Procedure

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. Share your order number, the reason for return, and any supporting details to help us process your request efficiently.

Step 3: Secure Packaging & Shipment

  • Refunds are issued through JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and approved
  • The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact our customer support team with your order details, reason for exchange, and the preferred replacement.

Exchange Process

  • Our rider will deliver the replacement product and collect the original item at the same time from your doorstep
  • The exchange process takes 4–5 working days from the date your request is confirmed
  • A Rs. 200 exchange service charge will apply
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • You are not required to send the product via courier, making the exchange process simple and convenient

Delivery Time

  • Karachi: 1–2 working days
  • Outside Karachi: 3–4 working days
    Any price difference between the exchanged items will be settled accordingly.

Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
